Yes, absolutely! This is a private door-to-door transfer service. You'll have the entire vehicle to yourself and your group. No shared rides, no extra stops.
We monitor flight and cruise arrivals. If your arrival is delayed, we'll adjust your pickup time automatically at no extra charge. Your driver will be there when you arrive.
Venice historic city is not accessible by car. Pick-up and drop-off is at Piazzale Roma, the main car-accessible meeting point in Venice.
No, the water taxi is not included in the transfer price. You can arrange one through your hotel reception. The cost is usually around €80, and the water taxi station is about a 2-minute walk from our meeting point at Piazzale Roma.
Yes. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up. After that, the full amount applies.
For airport pickups, your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with a name sign. For hotel pickups, they'll come to your door. For Venice, the meeting point is Piazzale Roma.
